CYCLING COACHING

  • Out Cycling philosophy utilizes power and heart rate zones to ensure the right training intensity, aincrease FTP and overall durability

  • The coach will closely monitor the stress on the body during training for sustainable progress

  • Workouts are Integrated with other platforms such as Zwift and TrainerRoad for prompts throughout the workout

  • Incorporate yoga, functional strength training, and/or running to develop a well-rounded athlete

  • Because of lag in heart rate during short intervals or high-intensity training sessions, it is common that we use other methods such as power or perceived exertion to validate intensity.

  • Due to the low impact nature of cycling, we traditionally structure 2-3 quality sessions per week, with one session often focused on low cadence work for sport-specific strengthening.
