About Me:
Vic brings 20+ years’ experience working with professional, collegiate, and high school athletes to Karma Endurance. His journey to endurance performance began in graduate school as the triathlon team’s treasurer and continued in Boston as a member of the Minuteman Road Club helping the team to two USA Triathlon Northeast Region Club Championships. Coaching highlights include three Northeast Collegiate Triathlon Conference Team Championships at Boston University and a top-20 national finish in 2014. Four student-athletes were crowned individual conference champions during his coaching tenure. Â
Vic is a highly skilled coach, writer, and presenter on the topics of athletic development, strength and conditioning, and endurance performance. Notable work includes Triathlete Magazine, speaking engagements at the John Hancock Sports and Fitness Expo at the Boston Marathon and the Multisport/Triathlon World Conference & Expo.
Vic earned a B.S. in Athletic Training from Springfield College and a M.S. in Exercise Science from Appalachian State University. He is certified by National Strength and Conditioning Association, National Athletic Trainer’s Association and USA Weightlifting.
