Breno has been competing in triathlons for 9 years, racing professionally for the past three. He has raced 7 full ironmans and countless 70.3s. Breno has been coaching for 5 years and has also been the head coach of the Boston University Triathlon Team for the past 3 years.
Ali has been racing triathlons for 10 years and focusing on long course triathlon for the past 6 years. She has completed 4 full ironmans, including the Ironman World Championship, and over a dozen 70.3s. Ali has been coaching for the past 4 years and has trained people from 5ks through full Ironmans.
Colin has been racing triathlons and endurance events for 11 years with a focus on long course triathlon and the marathon for the past 5 years. He has spent countless hours running on treadmills under the ocean and has completed numerous 70.3s, marathons, and ultramarathons. Before he started coaching, Colin was in the United States Navy onboard submarines. He has coached and mentored athletes, including a high school swim team, for the past 3 years. When he isn't coaching he is playing or racing with one of his three kids who love to swim, ride bikes (including Zwift), and run but he isn't sure where they got that interest from.
Dr. Thomas Ball has over 25 years of experience in the Health and Fitness industry. His previous experiences and certifications include: Personal Trainer; USAT Triathlon Coach; USAC Cycling coach; and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the NSCA.
Thomas received his Bachelor of Science in Health Fitness and his Masters in Exercise Physiology from Springfield College. His Master’s thesis on sports nutrition was published in The International Journal of Sport Nutrition and also in Medicine Science Sports and Exercise. Dr. Ball graduated with honors from Sherman College of Chiropractic, and he is Full Body certified in Active Release Techniques® including Nerve Entrapments.
Thomas has over 25 years of experience competing in endurance events: (triathlon, cycling, Nordic skiing, and cyclocross). In 2002 he was ranked #1 with USAT for his age group in New England. He was ranked #1 in South Carolina for his master’s division for road cycling in 2011. He won both the 2010 and 2011 South Carolina State Cyclocross Championships. Thomas was All American in Aqua Bike in both 2014 and 2017, and placed 4th at Nationals in 2015.
Dr. Ball is dedicated to helping his patients minimize their pain and maximize their overall health. He is also committed to helping athletes reach their potential.
